Mais quelle approche privil\u00e9gier dans ce cas\u00a0? Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00ab\u00a0modernes\u00a0\u00bb comme Facebook,\u00a0LinkedIn ou Instagram\u00a0? Pas tout \u00e0 fait\u00a0! Plusieurs \u00e9tudes montrent que le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone reste votre meilleure garantie pour atteindre des prospects avec succ\u00e8s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les ventes sont et restent le moteur d&#8217;une entreprise. Trouver plus de leads et s\u00e9duire des clients n&#8217;est pas simple. Une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hubfs\/3476323\/State%20of%20Inbound%202018%20Global%20Results.pdf\" data-lf-fd-inspected-ywvko4xvmaz8z6bj=\"true\">\u00e9tude de Hubspot<\/a>\u00a0(la plateforme marketing inbound par excellence et donc une source \u00ab\u00a0s\u00fbre\u00a0\u00bb) montre qu&#8217;il est de plus en plus difficile d&#8217;obtenir une r\u00e9ponse des prospects, surtout une r\u00e9ponse positive. L&#8217;implication de plusieurs d\u00e9cideurs dans un accord et la conclusion de l&#8217;accord repr\u00e9sentent aussi souvent de s\u00e9rieux obstacles. Bref, g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des leads repr\u00e9sente un objectif important pour les marketeers. Mais transformer ces leads en ventes concr\u00e8tes n&#8217;est pas toujours aussi \u00e9vident qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y para\u00eet \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Quels outils utiliser pour booster vos ventes\u00a0? Avec le succ\u00e8s de r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme Facebook, Instagram et\u00a0LinkedIn, la palette de canaux \u00e0 la disposition de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de vente s&#8217;est sensiblement \u00e9toff\u00e9e ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant&#8230; l&#8217;\u00e9tude de Hubspot montre que les contacts t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques restent de loin le meilleur canal pour entrer en contact avec des prospects. L&#8217;e-mail suit de pr\u00e8s, m\u00eame s&#8217;il est \u00e9vident que l&#8217;envoi d&#8217;un e-mail \u00e0 un prospect est souvent suivi rapidement d&#8217;un appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. Et l&#8217;envoi d&#8217;e-mails suppose aussi de tenir compte du RGPD. Les autres outils, comme les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, apparaissent moins efficaces comme instruments de prospection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les gens ne r\u00e9pondent plus, monsieur&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les clients potentiels attendent-ils vraiment les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques de votre \u00e9quipe de vente\u00a0? Et bien aussi surprenant que cela puisse para\u00eetre, la r\u00e9ponse est \u00ab\u00a0oui\u00a0\u00bb. Dire que les prospects ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques est une excuse bidon selon Rain Group. Celui-ci a en effet constat\u00e9 que 69\u00a0% des clients acceptaient les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques de fournisseurs avec lesquels ils ne collaboraient pas encore. 49\u00a0% s&#8217;attendent m\u00eame \u00e0 ce que le premier appel soit un \u00ab\u00a0cold call\u00a0\u00bb ou appel \u00e0 froid.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, un seul appel n&#8217;est bien souvent pas suffisant pour arriver \u00e0 une vente. Le premier contact t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique sert souvent \u00e0 obtenir un rendez-vous physique susceptible de d\u00e9boucher sur une vraie collaboration. Plusieurs appels de suivi sont aussi n\u00e9cessaires apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union pour finaliser l&#8217;accord. Une seule devise donc: ne pas baisser les bras trop vite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pas la tasse de th\u00e9 des vendeurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est clair que la prospection t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique ne repr\u00e9sente pas la mission pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de votre \u00e9quipe de vente: les vendeurs ont souvent tendance \u00e0 reporter la prospection par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n<p>Les appels \u00e0 froid sont \u00e0 vrai dire un m\u00e9tier \u00e0 part. Pensez donc \u00e0 sous-traiter votre prospection par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 un partenaire professionnel exp\u00e9riment\u00e9. Celui-ci dispose d&#8217;agents aguerris qui assureront votre prospection par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un script sur mesure pour votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vous ne disposez pas d&#8217;un vrai fichier d&#8217;adresses de prospects?
